Product Description

The S11-M series hermetically sealed oil-immersed power transformers developed and produced by the company have the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the hermetically sealed transformer cancels the oil conservator. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down oil deterioration and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability

1. The transformer core is laminated with imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is bound to ensure its compactness and reduce noise.

2. High and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper. Low-voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt double-layer cylindrical structure, 630kVA and above adopt double-helix or four-helix structure, and high-voltage windings adopt multi-layer cylindrical structure.

3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11, which reduces the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improves power supply quality.

4. The transformer has a hermetically sealed structure, prolonging service life, and no core lifting or maintenance is required.

5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard.
